    a consistent and clear understanding of the Company s expected behaviours from its employees 1 830 senior leaders across the business attended the workshops and 239 of the Executive Leadership Team and their direct reports have completed 360 degree feedback on the qualities An educational DVD was produced highlighting our senior leaders on their views of what actions in the business reflect the qualities to complement these workshops Woolworths places a high importance on supporting new employees to ensure they successfully adapt to their new role and the organisation As part of our on boarding process we have an induction program for all trading businesses and a regular business orientation led by members of the senior management group as well as executive transition coaches Apprenticeships Woolworths has more Apprentice Butchers than any other Australian company Apprenticeships are completed over 3 4 years through a combination of on job training in our stores and off job training at local TAFE colleges Fresh Training In order to reinforce the importance of fresh food Woolworths has also provided fresh training for our employees This was the largest training project Woolworths has ever undertaken and involved over 3000 workshops throughout Australia for over 75 000 staff This training was designed to give our people added confidence and in depth understanding of our fresh food offering to in turn better service our customers It is our duty to provide a safe workplace for all of our Woolworths employees We maintain the highest quality safety and training standards throughout our Supermarkets Warehouses and Offices View our Forklift Licensing and Training Guidance Note Graduate Program One of our most important priorities remains the development of young Australians skills We are proud that our supermarket division has one of the largest groups of apprentices and trainees in Australia
