    get the team over the line Despite the fall of opener Elyse Villani for 12 Meg Lanning 38 and Jess Cameron 33 came away with unbeaten knocks to ease the Spirit to a nine wicket victory Following on from the success of the day before the Vics went into the WNCL 50 over match confident and hungry for another win Winning the toss yet again Haynes elected to bat this time around proving to be a wise decision Utilising all of their 50 overs the Spirit posted a mammoth total of 8 344 Haynes knock of 132 from just 139 balls was well supported by Lanning s quick 80 Rene Melton also stepped up for the Spirit with her unbeaten 46 off just 30 balls The Roar s batting line up crumbled and by the 44th over they were all out for 119 Annie Maloney was the stand out of the Spirit bowlers Utilising her 10 overs she came away with 4 26 her best first class figures to date Supported by Briana Binch 2 28 and Clea Smith 2 15 the Spirit cruised to yet another large win The final day of play resulted in another T20 win for the Vics and a complete whitewash of the Roar Continuing the trend Haynes won the toss once more and elected to bat first Cameron and Lanning built the foundations for another win with a partnership of 78 before Lanning fell victim to Emma Thompson and was bowled for 32 Nevertheless the Vic batters stepped up to end their innings on 3 175 Cameron again top scoring with a knock of 53 A fantastic spell from Maloney 3 11 and Smith 3 21 together with Binch s efforts 1 15 saw the Roar fell short on 8 94 after their 20
