via Telstra s online services and Your Telstra Tools any material which interferes with other users or defames harasses threatens menaces or offends any person or which inhibits any other user from using or enjoying Telstra s online services and Your Telstra Tools make any fraudulent or speculative enquiries or requests using Telstra s online services and Your Telstra Tools use another s Login Credentials or name without permission provide false information when registering or changing your Your Telstra Tools registration details impersonate another person when using Your Telstra Tools post to or transmit to or via Telstra s online services and Your Telstra Tools any obscene indecent inflammatory offensive or pornographic material or material that could give rise to civil or criminal proceedings tamper with hinder the operation of or make unauthorised modifications to Telstra s online services and Your Telstra Tools knowingly transmit any virus or other disabling or limiting feature to or via Telstra s online services and Your Telstra Tools attempt any of the above acts or permit another person to do any of the above acts use the Login Credentials for any purposes other than those contemplated by clause 2 2 use or attempt to use the Login Credentials to or disclose the Login Credentials for the purpose of enabling another person to perform any tests monitoring or assessment of Telstra s online services Your Telstra Tools or those Login Credentials whether relating to security operation or performance or otherwise We may remove your page or data from your page at any time if we reasonably determine that you are in breach of these obligations We will try to notify you before we do so Your Profiles You may change the profile settings to customise Your Telstra Tools Your Profile We do not guarantee that Your Profile will be archived onto a backup mechanisms on a regular basis for the purposes of disaster recovery In the event of a disaster including equipment failure or data corruption we will use reasonable endeavours to restore Your Profile including links you put on your page from any last known good archive You grant to us all rights consents services and Your Telstra Tools Documents Sharing and Contract Collaboration If you upload transmit post or otherwise make any documents or other information available on Your Telstra Tools including any documents or information made available by you as part of the Contract Collaboration tool you must ensure that those documents or information are up to date not misleading not defamatory do not contain offensive language or material do not breach any laws standards content requirements or codes do not infringe the rights of or breach any duty to any third party including that third party s intellectual property rights and do not and will not expose us to the risk of any claim legal or administrative action or prosecution If in our reasonable opinion any documents or information uploaded transmitted posted or otherwise made available by you including any documents or information made available by you as part of the Contract Collaboration tool breach clause 6 1 or are the subject of any claim complaint investigation legal or administrative action or prosecution we may in our sole discretion and without notice to you remove that documents or information from Your Telstra Tools or cease making Your Telstra Tools available to you We will not be liable to you if we remove that document or information You warrant that you will conduct such tests and computer virus scanning as may be necessary to ensure that documents uploaded by you including any documents or information made available by you as part of the Contract Collaboration tool onto or downloaded by you from our systems do not contain any computer virus and will not in any way corrupt the data or systems of any person Any documents or information which you make available on our Contract Collaboration tool will be accessible to you via the Contract Collaboration tool until the contract status is finalised Finalisation After Finalisation these documents and information will not be available to you via the Contract Collaboration tool You should ensure that you keep copies of all such information which you make available on the tool for your own records and do not rely on us or the Contract Collaboration tool to keep copies of any such information for any purposes You agree that any documents or information which you make available on the Contract Collaboration tool we may use and make copies of for the purpose of working on our contract with you including making it available to any third parties who assist us in any way with such contracts and we may copy store and disclose copies of the documents and information in accordance with our

    Requirements Phone Users miRECEPTION TIPT Platform Major Upgrade UC One 3rd Party Application What s New Why Telstra 3G Network Changes Important information for customers with earlier 3G 2100MHz mobile devices Telstra currently operates two 3G networks our Next G network Australia s largest mobile network and an earlier limited 3G service operating at 2100MHz in metropolitan areas Telstra s 3G 2100MHz network is currently shared with Vodafone Hutchison Australia VHA On 31st August 2012 we will be making changes to this network as Telstra and VHA end this partnership How you ll be affected If you re using a mobile phone or wireless data device that only operates its 3G functions on the 3G 2100MHz network and not on our Next G network and you re located in a metropolitan area where there is 2100MHz coverage check coverage now you have a 3G SIM card not a 2G SIM card and you use your mobile service to access 3G services such as video calling Mobile FOXTEL from Telstra or high speed data services Your reception and services may change including your 3G data and internet services video calling and Mobile FOXTEL from Telstra Your mobile device will continue working for voice calls and SMS whenever you have 2G network coverage It may also work for 2G data and internet browsing but at slower speeds If you use any type of hearing aid or cochlear implant you may be further affected by the network changes For more information please visit our Mobile Phones and Hearing Aids website What to do if your reception is affected After the changes if you have any reception difficulties it may help to move outdoors Next G compatible devices set to access our 2100MHz network Although you may be already using a device that is
