    AT DISTRICT COURT OF NEW SOUTH WALES CIVIL REGISTRY SYDNEY Posted on Wednesday February 8 2012 1 13 PM A reminder to all our NSW clients of changes in procedure for accessing copying of Subpoenaed Documents at District Court of New South Wales has taken effect from the 9th of January 2012 In accordance with a letter from Pam Olsoen Principal Registrar of the District Court of NSW in regards to viewing or photocopying subpoenaed documents Legal Practitioners or their staff wishing to view or copy documents must supply the Justicelink eServices court item printout to the registry in order to obtain subpoena documents Legal Practitioners who use agents or photocopying firms must supply their agents or photocopying firms with the Justicelink eServices printout in order to obtain documents for viewing or photocopying Documents to be viewed or copied are to be marked accordingly whilst the name of the person seeking access the firms name and contact number should also be written on the printout Photocopying firms agents or legal practitioners who are required to copy more than five sets o documents per day should fax the Justicelink Eservices printouts to the registry prior to 9 a m each weekday
