  • Horse Welfare Inc | Rescue | Re-habilitiation | Re-education - Scout
He has been with us now since he came in as a 2yo unhandled colt Scout was a young boy standing quietly in a herd of 20 or more horses at the knackery all awaiting their fate He was inquisitive and willing to approach us but not very keen to be touched at that point He has a small blue pigment spot in his near side eye which has likely been there since birth and quite possibly earnt him his one way ticket to slaughter it was a no brainer for us that this young boy would make an exceptional saddle horse for someone down the track So he got on the right truck that day and came home with us Scout has been gelded handled and turned out to be a horse for the last 12 months He is now back in from the BIG paddock and ready to start his saddle career Scout is easy to handle once he knows you and is a real character when being interacting with people He leads loads ties up and loves the hose Contact us if you think he may be the right horse for you Read 240 times Tweet Published
