    performance of chamber music It is a well known fact amongst classical musicians that the performance of chamber music is at the very apogee of the art of playing a string instrument Many composers finest works have been written for this genre which takes a tremendous amount of time and dedication to rehearse and perform The Pinnacle String Quartet is therefore aptly named as they perform some of the finest works by the great composers and encourage young and aspiring string players to listen and learn by example Greg Baron Coffee with Rachael I was born in Kaitaia New Zealand I completed a BA in music performance in Adelaide followed by studies at the Kuenstlerische Reifeprufung in Cologne and a MMus at UWA Most memorable performance This would have to be the first large outdoor orchestral concert I ever did It was near a small town called Beltana close to the Flinders Ranges in South Australia The town s population was 8 so the other 7 992 audience members were transported by bus and train to this amazing desert setting My most terrifying embarrassing onstage moment I ve had plenty of terrifying nightmares about onstage incidents but fortunately real life
