    has been received Stock The retailer receives an initial stock pack of various denominations as negotiated An initial stock placement form must be completed at this time Restocking will occur automatically as calculated by Retailer sales volumes Stock provided to the retailer will be supplied with an expiration date no less then 3 months from date of activation by the consumer Returns swaps will not be approved on the basis of Retailer misunderstanding of expiration dates return polices Update of Information It is the responsibility of the Retailer to update any information pertaining to its relationship with the Provider Changes to the Retailers nominated financial account must be made no less then 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to insure that payments are not processed from the previous account Payments On receipt of PSV Physical Card Stock ownership and liability passes from the Supplier to the retailer The value of a PSV Physical card will not be billable to the retailer until such a time that this card is first activated by the Customer Retailers will be issued an invoice every 15 days billing cycle listing all PSV Customer Accounts that have been activated in the previous 15 day period the invoice will be for all outstanding payments plus the sum of the initial Credit value of the Customer account as printed on the physical card minus the retailer margin It is the responsibility of the retailer to raise any queries about this invoice no later then 1 day after the date of issue of the invoice Invoice payments are required to be paid within 1 days of issue An invoice will be supplied to the retailer as either email or facsimile as per details provided by the retailer Defaults If an attempt to process payment for a
